Terms of use
These terms apply to the Cricenza app and website (“Cricenza”), published by [Company name], [Postal address]. By using Cricenza you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Cricenza.
1. The service
Cricenza shows cricket scores, ball-by-ball commentary, scorecards, schedules, news, statistics and related content. Most data comes from third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Cricenza is provided for information and entertainment; do not rely on it for decisions where accuracy or timing matters.
2. Odds and sessions — no betting
Betting is illegal or restricted in many places, including parts of India. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you. We switch these features off in some countries and regions and may remove them at any time.
3. Your use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, resell or redistribute Cricenza's data or content, or use automated tools to access it, without our written permission;
- try to break, overload or get around the security or rate limits of Cricenza;
- manipulate polls, quizzes or other features, for example with fake installs;
- use Cricenza for anything unlawful.
We may limit or block access that breaks these terms.
4. Account
Logging in is optional. You are responsible for your phone number and the device you log in on. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account); see https://api.187-127-217-151.sslip.io/account-deletion.
5. Premium subscription
Premium removes ads. It is sold as a subscription through Google Play (or the Apple App Store), which handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the store. Premium does not change the accuracy or speed of the data.
6. Ads and third-party content
Cricenza may show ads and links to other websites or videos. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
7. Intellectual property
Cricenza, its design and software belong to [Company name] or its licensors. Team names, logos, player images and match data belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and information.
8. Availability
We try to keep Cricenza running, but it may be unavailable, slow or change at any time, for example during maintenance or when a data provider fails. We may add, change or remove features.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Cricenza is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
